Breed restrictions apply.
Exotic pets and specific breeds may be prohibited.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
For pet owners, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee
(no deposit required).
Monthly pet rent of $15 will be charged per pet.
Each pet must be properly documented.
